Be a part of the Foundation

get-involved

One of the biggest problems in Tanzania is the low numbers of qualified teachers, so if you have teaching skills and experience we would love to hear from you!

We sent volunteers to two mixed schools in Tanzania, Msimbati Secondary School and Mnolela Secondary School, where they were able to support students across all academic years.

Your skills could give students a wealth of new learning that will help them pass the National Examination and go on to further education or training.

If you are interested in volunteering please get in touch with us using this form.

Fundraise for us

Our work at the Wentworth Africa Foundation wouldn’t be possible without your support.

There are lots of ways you can fundraise for us, from running a marathon to running a cake sale and we’ll be there all the way. If you’d like to help please do get in touch using this form.

Some of the participants of the Kilimanjaro climb

Wentworth Africa Foundation raised close to $400,000 raised through the two Kilimanjaro climbs and used the funds to build an administration block, dormitory, 5 classrooms, staff house, dining hall, kitchen, and lavatories at the Mnolela secondary school in Lindi in Southern Tanzania.
